When the COVID-19 crisis substantially disrupted global retail, The Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping center, had to quickly pivot to prioritize its digital presence. Home to 1200 stores including 150 premier luxury brands, the mall sought to replicate its in-store experience and brand hierarchy online.

As lead experience designer, I shaped the visual design, user experience, and architecture of the new digital platform. I mentored a small, globally distributed design team and instituted a system using Jira and Figma to facilitate feedback, requests, and deliverables.
